Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the pet product back to us.
Product Condition: For a full refund, the pet product must be brand new and unused, in its original packaging. This ensures the product can be resold in new condition to another pet lover.
How to Make a Return:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, simply send an email to our friendly customer service team at info@welsdom within the 30-day window. They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and any additional instructions.
Pack it Up: Carefully repack the pet product in its original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
Ship it Back: Clearly mark the return package with the RAN and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note, you cannot return products directly to our store.
Once We Receive Your Return:
We will thoroughly inspect the returned pet product to ensure it meets the return policy requirements (new, unused, original packaging).
Upon approval, we will initiate a full refund for the purchase price of the pet product to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You will receive a notification email confirming your refund.
Please Note:
We cannot accept returns on opened or used pet food or treats due to health and safety reasons.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
